Friga Tyme

Friga Tyme is a very shady company. I signed up for a new dock and lift in July 2021. Friga Tyme Marine delayed the project for months and months and months. The only thing they did was take my $8,000 deposit and run. The owner - Scott came out in March of 2023 and informed me he would not honor the initial bid. He said he would provide a new quote. He has not provided the new quote nor has he provided the return of the $8,000 deposit. This company should be defunct and Scott - the owner should be in jail. Under no circumstances would I do business with such a shoddy company.

We used Friga Tyme for an original fix on our house in 2020 and they did great. Our house got struck by lightening earlier this year and we contacted them again to fix the hole in the roof that this caused. They said they’d send someone out which to give an estimate. This took a few weeks (mind you we have a hole in our roof). They then say that they quoted us wrong and that they’ll need to send someone else out to give us a new quote. New quote is now $1700 more for the same work included in the first quote supposedly. This also takes some time. Once we get the quote we get no estimate on when the work will begin so we call the office again and they say they’ll have someone out later that week (wasn’t notified of this until we called them). They don’t finish the job that day and say they’ll send someone else out to finish the job. No estimate on when this person will come and fix (we have dogs and need to be there to make sure they aren’t outside). They also send someone to the house about the gutters. Now their salesman (Edwin) is saying that we’re trying to commit insurance fraud (not sure how that’s possible if we gave them the entire check from our insurance company already) when he forgot to include gutters in the estimate when they originally said they were included. I do not recommend this company in the slightest their salesman has been extremely unprofessional and we will not be using their overpriced services again. Their lack of communication with people giving them thousands of dollars is astounding.

We used Friga Tyme Roofing for to reshingle our roof. The customer service was absolutely superb. They were quick to respond and get us an estimate. Once we signed, the office reached out to have us choose our shingle color and let us know when we were scheduled. When the roofers came out to our home, we met with the production manager Roland, who answered any questions we had and was very friendly and attentive. I would refer anyone looking to get their roof redone to Friga Tyme Roofing.

Hired to do roof shingle repair. Installer was not a knowledgeable roofer, uses a different brand of shingle with different profile. Had owner come to my house to look at the job. She was non responsive and had the temerity to say I needed a new roof. My roof is two years old. Surely, find a different roofer. These people are living on the fringes

Just wanted to share my experiance, i called the office on a monday by tuesday roland had come out and inspected my roof and by wensday i had an estimate. roof work was done the following week. Very clean work and roofers were very respectful to not leave and nails or debris in my yard. Would reccomend to anyone in need of a roofing company.
