Great roofing company. I have been using them for many years. They are very professional and have years of experience. I trust they know what they are doing and are very communicative. They did excellent work on my roof.

One of the BEST companies I’ve EVER had the pleasure to work with! Unfortunately this does mean that he/they are in HIGH DEMAND, so on occasion, I have had (like others) to wait for an appt, but this pales in comparison to the level of service and professionalism we get from him/them. We’ve had the PLEASURE TO WORK WITH him/them on several properties over several years and we’ve been fully satisfied with not only the level of work but the price. Most jobs require multiple estimates to recieve approval and his/theirs always comes in at a fair price. So fair that both the owners and myself no longer feel the need to “price shop” and we call him/them the moment any issues are reported. Had to have some tiles fixed per an insurance request and Ivan was available by text (always a bonus for me!), easy to talk to and quick to resolve my issue. I then had another question about my chimney and he came quickly. When I didn’t need any work done, he was polite and helped me regardless. I’ve just had an overall very pleasant experience for a part of the house that is often a point of stress. I’ll use Navarro for any future roofing needs.

I have used navarro roofing to fix my roof, my moms roof, and have recommended them to countless customers. Anytime I meet a customer that needs anything in regards to roofs I always recommend these guys. They are great, friendly, and do immaculate work. They get back to you fast, and make the whole process as smooth as possible. We have not had any leaks after the repairs, and will be life long customers. Highly recommended, call these guys. I have been using Navaro Roofing for over 20 years. I refer them 100's of customers per year as part of my business as a contractor consultant. I have never had one customer complaint about the service received my Navaro Roofing. They always go above and beyond to contact the customer within 24 hours. They generally will have an estimate ready within days of you making contact with their company. They stand by the repairs and always come in below the average cost. They have taken care of not only my home and my family's home but all of the customers I refer as if it was their own home. It saddens me to see someone leave a bad review in spite. Given to hundreds of customers I have referred them and the great things I hear from those customers clearly there's a mistake. So anyone looking at the Google review for Navaro Roofing I would hope you would have the good sense to ignore the negative review and become part of the Navarro family of customers.
