As far as the builder goes, I would give him an A. He responds to you if you’re able to get a hold of him as he is a busy man building homes . (as far as his secretary goes, she has lack of communication, she needs customer service training. Her initials are initials S.W. ) His AC company guys that he has are amazing. They make sure they get their job done and come back to check and make sure things are running correctly. Other issues that I’ve had in the home are to be taken care of here in the next few weeks. I would like to say thank you to Mr. R.R for his response to me. I’m putting initials because I’m not putting full names. That is for you to figure out. :)

They are almost impossible to get a hold of and do not do what they say. Beware of this company.
