Having to replace roof after 7 yrs.. Per new inspection, metal flash missing where needed and sealed with caulk, shingles degraded with fiberglass showing, gutters damaged..more to list but not worth my time to list. And workers peeing in trash dumpster in front of my wife. Low class Would not hire or recommend
I am from McKinney and had hail this past spring. After having my claim back from insurance, I contacted couple of contractors. Out of all I felt confident with Daniel Orellana from Cm3 construction. He was honest, explained the process well and took care of all details on the job. Roof, gutters and fence now looks good. Would recommend them any time!
A hail storm hit our house and many others in the area. Everyday after the storm there would be a knock at the door or a flyer on the doorstep from a roofing contractor. I waited until all the houses around ours had their roofs replaced. I liked my neighbors roof the best and asked him who replaced his roof. He mentioned CM3 construction group and gave me Daniel Orellana’s card. I called Daniel and we were able to work out a contract. He was very professional and honest. The roof has been replaced and I am impressed with the results. His team completed it in nearly one day and did a very good job at cleaning up. I would definitely recommend CM3 for replacing your roof if you want a great result and with no headaches or run arounds.
Leaving one star, not because I have used this Group, but not sure I want to. I am part of the area that was hit by hail in June. I have ALREADY had my roof replaced and I have my roofers sign in my yard still!! Yet i continue getting flyers from this group.... My thing is... If you can't look at my roof and tell it's a new roof, then I'm not sure I want to do business with you!!
I have used this group for various types of work on my house. They did a good job and stand by their work with integrity. I am glad that I used them.
