*UPDATE as of 6/11/26. I was asked by my sales person from Castilla Roofing a Mr. Italo Sanguinetti, to adjust my review as it has had consequences to him and the company. My new roof was finally installed by the end of 2025. I lost my insurance discount because my insurance company would not give me a policy without a permanent roof. I also lost the ability to sell my unit due to the incomplete work and finally in January of 2026, a supplier's lien was issued on my property due to Castilla Roofing not paying their suppliers and being in arrears. This lein was finally released on 4/29/26. I stand by my review and will not change my honest account or opinion. I have lost insurance discounts and also the ability to sell my condo for almost 18 months. I hired this company on August 12, 2024 to replace a roof on my condo. At that time, they asked for full payment in exchange for a discount. I agreed to pay them 50%. As of today, August 6, 2025. I still don't have a new roof and every week that I call to discuss the lack of progress, I am on hold and finally told by "someone" who says they are a manager (different person each time) that they promise to begin next week. Do not use this company!

On September 15, 2025, I hired Castilla Roofing in Naples, FL, to replace my tile roof, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. We had an inspection of our house after selling it. We had some issues with our roof. I called Castilla and incredibly they responded and were at our home in 30 minutes. I was immediately impressed with the owner and the person accompanying him. They looked at our inspection report and provided us an estimate on the spot. We payed them immediately because of the trust we had with them. Next week, they were on the roof fixing everything! And upon finishing they cleaned up everything! I cannot stress what a great job they did. I know sometimes it’s hard to trust various contractors, but I give you my word that CASTILLA ROOFING IS A ROOFING CONTRACTOR YOU CAN TRUST!!!

After seeing 1 tile of our roof displaced from the ground, we decided to get our roof inspected. Based on the excellent reviews we selected Castilla Roofing to do the free inspection and found many areas where tiles were missing, cracked and broken. We were glad to hear that it was not necessary to replace the entire roof, but that the damaged tiles could be replaced so we contracted with Castilla Roofing to do the repair. A few examples of the repaired areas are in the posted pictures. At the end, all the work was done in less than a day and our entire experience with Castilla Roofing was excellent. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who is dedicated to providing exactly what is needed, being customer focused and who can be trusted to get the job done as promised. In our opinion Castilla Roofing is highly recommended! Thanks for a job well done.
