Kinsall and sons are amazing. After many quotes we chose them because they were the best after checking out many reviews that were all five stars. Also, they were the best quote. They are very trustworthy, very efficient and their workmanship is second to none they picked up after their self every single day, and my neighbors made a point to tell me they had never seen that. I get compliments all the time on my home and before it was like my home was invisible, I’m so proud of my home now that my roof has been redone. It is absolutely beautiful. Teresa even went out of her way to make sure that my roof color was a complementary color to my home and it is absolutely beautiful thank you Kinsall and sons for all your hard work I greatly appreciate it , I would tell anybody and everybody that Kinsall and sons roofing is the best roofing company in all of Northeast Florida actually all of Florida thank you again.

Had Mr. Kinsall come out and do a small roof repair so that I can complete a home purchase and it was a great experience from the beginning. I received a quality job with pictures and he went above and beyond by fixing what other people had already messed up. I would highly recommend kinsall & son's roofing for all your roofing needs. They even matched up the shingles so that you cannot even tell there was any work done. And he looked over the whole roof and unclogged my gutter for me. I will definitely be calling them for any further roofing issues. A good job done at a fair price.

I had 6 quotes on my roof. All but Kinsall did a song and dance, complete with props and additional offers. David Kinsall showed up, said he was going to look at the roof and get out of my hair. In 15 minutes he bid me farewell and was gone. Although the time and conversation with David was brief, it was very personable and comfortable. I just had a feeling I wanted to do business with him. The quote was immediate and was right in the middle of all the quotes. I told Teresa I wanted them to do the roof and asked if she could adjust the quote to better fit my budget, as this was not an insurance claim and I was paying for it. She called back in an hour was was happy to work with me. David was very accommodating and easy to work with. The crew and materials were on time and everything went according to Hoyle (for those of you old enough to know). In two days they were done, the yard was cleaned and they were gone. I was totally impressed with the job they did. There were six area where they found wood rot. They took photos of the damaged area and cut plywood to fit to repair the damage. My neighbor watched as they repaired the damaged areas and commented, "these guys are good!". All in all, I couldn't be happier. David and Teresa were a tremendous blessing and working with them was a pleasure. To me, replacing a roof is a big deal. I would 100% recommend Kinsall and Son's to anyone who is skeptical about the process.

After getting estimates from numerous companies for a repair to the roof over our covered patio, we were recommended to Kinney from one of our neighbors. We could not be happier with the recommendation. Not only did Kinsall & Sons beat other competitors quotes, they also did a phenomenal job explaining to us every detail about what was needed and completed the work within 72 hours of the quote.
