The company holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC044909 and is a proud member of the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractors Association (FRSA), where owner Paul Furr served 18 years on the Board of Directors of the Sarasota-Manatee chapter, including three terms as president. PDF Roofing serves Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Lee, and DeSoto Counties, specializing exclusively in custom metal roofing, flat roofs, and reroof projects using in-house employee craftsmen with no subcontractors. I had a large and complicated roofing job with several subcontractors involved. PDF has a very professional crew that does top notch work. When there was a problem with the roofing material, they were able to source an entirely new batch at no charge! If you need roof work in Sarasota area, this is the only company to call.
Ah, it's always great news to be told you need a new roof. A million things go through your mind, with the first being. OMG, how much is this going to cost and who is going to try and take advantage of me...we did the obligatory 3 quotes, all of which were "ok". None too high, none too low... but we weren't wowed by any of the companies either. All of our quotes were for shingle roofs, and we'd always said we'd like a metal roof but were concerned with cost, installation, etc. Then we met Clay, with PDF Roofing. Clay spent time with us educating us on the pros/cons of each type of roof. He discussed our options knowing our budget, made recommendations and ultimately provided us with a quote. His quote was well organized, easy to read, and fair. We had some questions which he answered quickly. We ultimately went with PDF Roofing for our new roof. Yes, it's a little more expensive than shingle, but well worth it. Clay and his team have been nothing but professional and I would recommend then to anyone looking for a new roof, customer roofing or roof repairs in the Sarasota / Bradenton Areas. Great job PDF Roofing!
We had a leak recently and after not having roofers return my call PDF came and helped us out. Fair and reasonable are great too see these days in companies.
