I chose this company because of all the great reviews, but after my personal experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. Communication, scheduling, and the quality of work were absolutely terrible. After the job was done, a few things came loose and undone. I called to have someone fix it, no appointment was scheduled, but I got a call out of nowhere saying they were already at my house unannounced and asking me to rush home from work to let them in. Later, I noticed crooked vents, one of which led to nowhere, completely open to the roof making it have water damage! They had to come back to remove it and patch it up. Then, during the next visit, they left pipes hanging, again showing up without an appointment or notice, and once more asking me to leave work to open the garage. Weeks went by with no communication. When I tried calling “Amber,” who I had been dealing with, I discovered my number had been blocked. I had to Google another number just to reach the company and Amber answered only offered a brief apology, claiming it was a “recorded line.” After many weeks of frustration, I believe we finally got something scheduled to fix the mess they made. Overall, this has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a company.

We recently had our roof replaced and could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the professionalism of the entire Sun Coast Team was outstanding! Communication was clear and consistent every step of the way, ensuring we always knew what to expect. Heath, our field estimator, understood exactly what we needed to fix our roof issues. The installation itself was completed quickly and efficiently by Brian, Pedro and installation crew. They went above and beyond with their install, inspection and clean-up—our roof was beautiful and property was spotless when the job was done. Amber was an absolute pleasure to work with - always responsive, organized, and friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this company demonstrates excellent teamwork across the board. They combined skill, efficiency, honesty, and customer care to deliver a truly exceptional result. Highly recommend!!

Amber and the team were great at communicating every step of the process. Pedro’s team came out to do the job and got it done in one day. Inspection passed the first time. I highly recommend this company for all your insurance claim and roof replacement needs.

Suncoast was recommended by a family member. They were efficient, thorough, scheduled us right away, and promptly fixed a minor electrical/programming problem with the new skylight. The pricing was very fair and less than we expected. We are very satisfied with Suncoast.

I can not use enough adjectives to describe my wonderful experience with Suncoast roofing. They customer service was always quick and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond in service. I have not had such wonderful service from a company in so long I forgot what it felt like. I’m grateful that our paths crossed and the work was very thorough, kind workers, and just above and beyond with any questions or concerns. I can not say enough wonderful words to explain my excellent experience.
