Keating Construction

We heard about this company through a friend who had windows installed from Keating. After getting a few quotes for our replacement bow window that was lightly damaged in a storm, we decided to go with Keating due to multiple reasons. Quality, price, responsiveness to questions, and the fact the owner, Alan, met us for the quote and said he'd be on site for the actual installation - and he was, the entire time! Though there was a significant delay in getting the 5-lite bow window (around 8-10 weeks), that can be attributed to covid issues, not the company's fault. It was installed with 4 workers, including the owner, in about 2-3 hours, which is amazing. They were on task, professional, and cleaned up better than any contractor I've seen. I expected my rose bush to be destroyed because the previous owner planted it right up against the bow window, but they were super careful and it lived undamaged. The window was ordered correctly too. They replaced some soffit and did a great job on the inside carpentry too. One tiny area was left uncaulked outside (a minor detail), I mentioned could you please fix that in the next week, Alan returned in just 2 days and it was done. They are on top of it. Most importantly my 2 dogs are so happy their window seat perch is better than ever, and the window and seat are more insulated and warm, and they can get back to the hard job of monitoring the passersby and barking up a storm. :) We will have more windows replaced with them no doubt. We highly recommend!

Truly, one of the best construction companies we have ever worked with. We were in need of a new front door and storm door so we contacted Keating construction after doing our research and they were by far the winner. Al came out, measured, and walked us (patiently) through the process. He ordered the doors, installed with a contractor, hauled away old doors and cleaned up. So professional and very pleasant to deal with. They do way more than doors. Highly recommend this company!

They replaced half my mother in-laws windows several years ago. They other half was done a few years before that. Their windows are a much better quality, the actually replace the whole window instead of inserting one into the the old frame so you get the same size window unlike some of the other companies that quoted us for just inserts. The windows help reduce heat getting into the house in the summer and and very quiet. I was very impressed with the sound reduction, we put Anderson windows on our last house and they didn’t block any sound at all. The installers were very quick, clean, and Professional.

The brick that Keating construction put on my business that I picked out has been falling off my building since December 2017. brand new placed on summer of 2017. I called and let the owner know about it this spring and he came out to look at it. I let him know I wanted it replaced. NEW BRICK should not be falling off my building right?? Brick should last longer than 6 months right?? He is not returning my calls. WOW big surprise there. This was not a cheap undertaking for my Flower Shop. I expected it to last 20 years or more. Replaced 2 sliding patio doors with Sunrise doors. Little price but worth it for top of the line doors with lifetime warranty. Good work, knowledgeable, on time & clean up after. Would definitely recommend & use Keating const. again.
