Buyer beware. We’ve been in our house now for a couple of years and we are still waiting on Joe and team to fix the things that weren’t done correctly to begin with (cabinets, paint, light fixtures hanging out of the wall, sloppy work in general, etc.). We’ve called, emailed, texted and they’ve completely blown us off. The whole experience was awful… lack of communication and integrity. I wouldn’t recommend working with Gulf Bay.
Gulf bay builder put a contract on my property out bidded the rest of the offers by 10 k not alot . tied up the property fot a few months than on last day of contract before he would loose his escrow money he cancelled and offered over one hundred thousand dollars less than my next lowest offers . Like a bait and switch . I hear this is a way of buissness to get people that are desperate after having to waiti for months for diligence .Now i started over with a new contract .more time
Buyers please listen when I tell you guys to RUN! This company has the most unethical practices when it comes to real estate. Joe is money hungry and still hasn’t fixed what was promised to us after giving them the benefit of the doubt when buying the home. They will take your money and run so please run first!!!
Never used these guys but met the owner who is awesome and they do a really good high quality job. I am impressed.
