Update as of Aug 6, 2025 - A few weeks back, Zach got in touch with me as I escalated the issue to their management and I have been very happy working with Zach to resolve the issues. He stayed in touch with me on a daily basis to ensure that the issue is resolved to my satisfaction. Pedro did an overall good job fixing the leak on the roof. Due to the position closure, I am changing my review from 1-star to a 4-star now. Thank you Zach and Pedro. —————-———————————- Horrible experience. American home shield raised a ticket with this company almost 3 weeks back as my roof is leaking. I have been following up with them almost everyday and they don’t show up after promising to come. It has been nightmare to get them over to fix the problem. After almost 25 calls/messages, someone showed up and took the tiles off of my roof and left. It has now been a week that my roof is sitting without tiles and the guy won’t come back to finish the work. Pathetic service and company.
Best experience overall. Juan was very professional, kind, friendly and was very responsive to all my calls, text messages and emails. The roofing experience was perfect. they showed up on the day promised, on time, and did high quality work. I was very impressed with the job. Each worker introduced themselves and we spoke briefly. Juan and his Father Alfonso were very involved in the project. Very nice family operation. I would highly recommend Turnkey for all your roofing needs. They were honest, trustworthy, and did as they promised. High quality work. Thank you Juan, Alfonso and the the whole crew that worked on my home.
I am very happy and pleased with the service that I received from Turnkey Roofing. Manny was very helpful and professional. Any questions that I had, he was willing to answer. The installment took place when he said it would. The roofers were very good. They cleaned up very well after the installment. They were very respectful of my property. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
Edit/Update since Turnkey has decided to post a reply to my review FOUR YEARS AFTER THE FACT… You are incorrect Turnkey- the client that hired you was NOT happy with the work. You are also wrong about there being more to the issues that didn’t involve you? ALL of the issues involved Turnkey. My review was, and still is, the honest truth and it’s unfortunate that your response lacked any responsibility and came far too late… Turnkey recently replaced the roof on the home I am renting... Everything was done through the landlord/owner of the home (so if Turnkey states they have no record of me in their system, as they have already tried to do, that is why). The job took two days and in those two days we had to frequently “walk” our yard checking for HUGE NAILS, HUGE STAPLES, and even an ENTIRE ROLL OF NAILS for a pneumatic nail gun! We understand that they were still working, but during their breaks we have dogs we needed to let out to use the bathroom and these things being in our grass was a hazard to say the least. We made the workers aware of what we were finding just as a heads up that it was dangerous, and we can’t have that stuff in our yard (especially at the end of the day when they pack up and leave for the night). We threw SO MANY dangerous items away- and that doesn’t even include all of the other things like plastic trash, random fabric pieces, and old shingles that were left strewn across our yard... When placing some of the trash in the dumpster that was in our driveway, we noticed cans in the dumpster: Mexican Beer. Is that allowed? A professional company drinking beer while working on a roof, leaving dangerous materials in our yard!? When the roof was completed, we walked the yard yet again and felt we did a good job cleaning up THEIR MESS! Sadly, we were wrong. While outside with my dogs I was IMPALED, THROUGH MY SHOE, WITH AN INCH-LONG RUSTY NAIL! I had to pry the nail from my foot with my shoe as it had nailed my shoe to my foot. The neighbors asked over the fence if I was okay because they could hear my cries. Luckily, I was recently bit by a dog at my place of employment and had to update my tetanus shot or else I would have been on my way to the hospital. I emailed Turnkey. After getting no response, I left reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Once I saw that they had deleted/deactivated all reviews from Facebook, meaning they saw my review and completely ignored it, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Fortunately, I did not have work or school on the day this happened (6/25/19) as I have barely been able to walk... Even six days after the incident it is still extremely painful to put any weight on my foot. I wish I had taken a photo of all the trash, nails, staples, beer cans, etc we cleaned from our yard... Unfortunately, I only have pictures of what has been found since stepping on the nail. About a week after the roof was completed, a Turnkey employee knocked on our door and said they needed to get something from our mailbox. Confused, we questioned him. Apparently, they had mistakenly put our address down for something and stuff was being mailed to us, so we had to escort him to our neighborhood mailbox down the street. It was very strange. Gutters were ripped down during the roof install and not replaced. Instead, they left pieces just hanging off our house. All around unacceptable and unprofessional behavior displayed by a professional company.
Turnkey replaced my roof after the 2017 hurricane through insurance, easy to work through. Recently selling the house and it showed granule loss. Zach was EXCELLENT at getting me set with the manufacturer to see if the shingles were eligible for replacement. Would recommend him in the future!
