From my sales guy Dave Adams to the inside/office staff Bobbi and Rebecca, to John S out on the field, Xavier running the dig crew and bobcat, to Christina at Stone Mart helping me when the materials were stuck on a ship somewhere, to Matt who crushed the chemicals...and finally my neighbor Sarah for putting in a Trendsetter pool first so I had to walk past it daily...I am sure I forgot plenty of key folks, THANK YOU and Fantastic work. We had an outstanding experience building our pool with Trendsetter Pools and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool project. Our designer and salesperson Dave Adams did an incredible job from the start. He created a design that fit our backyard perfectly and incorporated everything we were looking for, including a sun shelf, bench seating, and a beautiful waterfall feature. The final result looks amazing and the layout is both functional and visually impressive. The entire Trendsetter Pools team was great to work with throughout the process. The office staff was especially helpful and responsive — anytime we had questions they handled them professionally and got back to us quickly. One of the things that impressed us most was the timeline. Trendsetter completed our pool in about three and a half months, which was on the shorter end of the schedule they originally estimated. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the equipment installed is all high quality. Even after the pool was finished, we had a few punch-list items, and Trendsetter Pools came back promptly and resolved everything quickly. We really appreciated how they followed through and stood behind their work. Overall, we are extremely happy with our pool and the entire experience working with Trendsetter Pools. David and the whole team did a fantastic job, and we would absolutely recommend Trendsetter to anyone looking to build a pool. As a homeowner who paid close attention to the design, construction process, and equipment installation, I can confidently say the quality of the build and the systems they installed were excellent, which gave us a lot of confidence in the final product.

We knew this pool was going to be beautiful but this exceeded our expectations. Trendsetter Pools built us an absolutely beautiful pool. We could not be happier. It all started with a recommendation from a family member who has had 2 pools from Trendsetter. We would not regret going with Trendsetter they said. And they were right. We were impressed from the get go after talking to Dave Adam's. Dave was extremely helpful in the pool, spa and screen design. From spa size to tile choice to pool finish and panoramic megga screen, Dave knew his stuff. Gary, the owner, was very accommodating with our choices. Even the last minute decision to switch from pavers to travertine was smooth. The construction forman John was always on top of the scheduling of the crews and material delivery. As far as the crews go, these were top notch journeymen who were the best of their trade. They were very professional and courteous. Bobby, the office manager, was always updating us on the crews progress and schedules. This was a seamless operation. It was a pleasure to watch this pool being built. Thankyou Trendsetter for building us a pool that we will enjoy the rest of our lives.

We had a very positive experience with Trendsetters’s pool. Starting with design, our project manager David Herman was incredibly responsive and helpful when we were designing the project. He helped us with numerous revisions and provided professional guidance throughout the entire process. The biggest hang up we had was obtaining permitting which was entirely dependent on the city of Tampa. Again, David was immensely helpful and guiding us through that difficult part of the process. Once construction began the process was quick and smooth. We are incredibly happy with the results and would recommend this company to anyone, especially if David is their project manager.

Looking for a pool company is a challenge with expensive costs and hopes they will finish in a timely manner and the most important element is trusting they will not take your money and leave you with an unfinished project for months on end or worse never complete the job. You will be in fantastic hands with Trendsetters! Very fair pricing when compared to others. There were never any large gaps in time when completing each phase they were very communicative and finished on time. We built in the summer I was worried our yard was going to be a swamp mess, it was not the crews always kept the site clean and organized. It was such a smooth process I highly highly recommend using them. David H was amazing and our contact and designer. The same day I called, I provided a picture of what we were looking at and he was able to pull up our yard survey online and give me a rough idea on cost all within hours of my first call. He really tends to his customers one on one and can really help you choose the right options for your budget and if you just want ideas. We were going to use the regular pool finish originally but while the permits were being approved my husband wanted to add more deck space and David H advised the deck size we will be happy with save the money or if you really want to upgrade something change the interior finish and man we couldn’t be happier I believe we went with tropical blue that was a great call from David H. There not pushy sales folks trying to sell you something, they really want to provide you with your dream oasis. If your looking for a pool builder of course interview several but make sure you call Trendsetters and ask for David H and I guarantee he and his company will earn your business! I can call David H now months after our pool was completed with any questions and if he doesn’t know he will find out. Outstanding company!
