Grady and Chuck had been asked to come to our community at the last minute to take care of some leaks we suddenly began having. They were wonderful. It didn’t take them long to figure out where the leaks were coming from and to resolve the issue. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Just loved their southern accents. Wyncote Place.

Grady and Chuck came out today to do a roof inspection. We have a very large 3 story facility that has both shingles and flat rubber roofs. Some areas are not the easiest to access and today’s temperatures were below zero with some wind. Not only did they walk the entire roof, all sections, to get pictures, they also pointed out areas that were causing problems and leaks. Both Grady and Chuck took the time to explain some quick fixes to slow down or stop leaks until we can get the roof replaced. These two were able to find holes in the flat rubber roofs that were the size of the tip of a pen. Very detail oriented. Very professional.
Grady was the tech onsite. He was very professional and very polite. He addressed the issue(s) very promptly and correctly. I'm very happy with his work.
This is definitely an A+ company. They recently completed a job at one of our facilities in Lake Jackson, TX & they made everything so easy. John Duck was a pleasure to work with and took care of everything. This was the easiest project I have ever been a part of in my many years of construction!
