After about 5yrs I'm noticing fine cracks in the flooring. I've called several times to discuss issue even emailed photos. Every time I'm told I'd get a call back from owner or service manager. Weeks go by, never got a call! Figured it was time to let possible buyers know how they handled my issues with my ($7000.00) floor after install. I know what may be causing (foundation) the cracks, but I wanted to discuss how to minimize the visible cracks. My church did their entire breeze way on my recommendation with Trademark. I'd like to think maybe I'd get special treatment from Trademark for bring them business. Anyone who sees my floor ask who did the job, and wants the same thing. In the past I recommended Trademark, not so much now.

I am a contractor building a custom home in the Tampa area. I found Trademark Garage Floors online and called to set up an estimate. I met with Mark (owner) to discuss pricing, color options, warranty info, etc. The price was very competitive and the product/warranty was in line with other companies so I decided to hire them for a 900 sq ft garage floor. The crew arrived on time and did an absolutely amazing job. They were courteous, professional and took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. Trademark Floors just installed their system in 2-2 car garages in my house. The look is absolutely fantastic! Visitors just rave about the finish and want it. Also, the cleanability and toughness of the coating is amazing. Mark Plumb was very personally attentive and diligent and I highly recommend their product and service. I was a paint manufacturer for 25 years and understand epoxy and polyurethane systems, but neither can hold a candle to the polyaspartic system that Trademark uses. I will use them again.

what a great look my garage now has. all my friends comment on the way it made my garage look after a year it still looks new. . this company will do what they say when they say that are going to do it.
