Intex was hired to come out to Avenue @ Creekbridge to repair my leaking roof. Last year the roof in the same exact spot was “repaired” — but by a completely different company. A year later and it’s not just collecting water above my ceiling like it’s apparently been doing this past year, but it’s actively leaking right above my tv in the living room. The roof has not been well maintained by the apartment complex, and they have years of termite damage. Intex came out and were able to figure out where the leak was, what the previous company missed/messed up, completely removed this very strange “fake chimney”, and now it’s finally fixed. The gentlemen that came out were SO incredibly polite, they really weren’t that loud, they were courteous of the area outside my apartment, very very professional employees. My knowledge of roofing is very slim, but the hard work these gentlemen put in, the manners, all of it — exemplary. **Pictures of the leak area inside (photos don’t even do justice to the amount of water damage), repair during (to see the “fake chimney”), and finished product (forgive the lighting — can’t control the sun). 10/10 would recommend Intex Builders and THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Carlos and his team helped us replace shingles after the hurricane and did an excellent job (on top of being honest and cost friendly) so we hired his team again to drywall and paint a room that had some damage from a window leak. We will absolutely hire them again! Refreshing to find a company that shows up.

I recently had a renovation project in the Odessa area and ran into some permitting issues in order to complete the project. I was given the number for this company. The contact person and owner Nick. I called and promptly received a call back. I Explained to Nick what needed to be done and he quickly said that they could handle all of the issues without any problem. We agreed to meet the next day and he arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. We walked to the job site and reviewed what needed to be done. He once again agreed that it would be no problem. Upon hearing this, I sent him the plans and all pertinent documents. He called back and said he had received them and will be moving forward and that we will talk over the next couple days. A week went by and I heard nothing from him. I text him again on a Friday and he said because of the possibility of a hurricane heading out way he and his crews we're extremely busy but he would get back to me on Monday. Monday arrived and I heard nothing from him. I waited till Wednesday not wanting to bother him and still heard nothing. At that point I reached out again, via, email, text and by phone. Still thinking that he and his crews were playing catch up I just asked him for a reply back if he was going to continue with that project. I never heard back from him. And I guess that's for the best. It shows the lack of integrity and professionalism this company brings to the plate. And after reviewing some of the other reviews listed, I am glad but I found out about this company's work ethics before we got too far into the project. If you are planning a construction project or renovation's of any kind you'll be smart not to stop here. Obviously this man word is worth nothing and he did not even have the decency to reply back and say that they had other business that was more important than mine. Good luck and keep looking for a reputable general contractor.

The crew is super nice and fast! I love how they helped my friend get their new roof install going the very next day after contract, with permit already pulled and ready to go. Danny is the best and extremely professional!
