He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the attention to detail truly showed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about both the service they provide and the customer experience, but Marc definitely does. The project was completed on time, communication was clear throughout, and the results exceeded my expectations. We had an aging asphalt roof on our commercial warehouse. After having a couple leaks repaired we realized the roof was still in pretty good shape. We contacted Polo international to cover the roof with their system. They did a beautiful job on our roof. The product is going to extend the life of the roof for many years to come. They were very professional and did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. We highly recommend them!!!

Westbury F Condominium Association just had Polo install a new roof. We had bids from 4 different companies, and each one was much higher than Polo. We also found the other companies were trying to nickel and dime us on the cost of the project. Working with Marc was a much different experience then working with other vendors. MARC TRULY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. The removal of the old roof and installing the new roof was done extremely well. Even with some minor issues. Marc was on top of it and took care of it right away. It did not cost a single penny additional then the contract. A nice addition is the roof cost less to maintain and in 15 years we only have to do an additional coating which will save us a lot of money. I would highly recommend Marc from Polo he is exceptional. I wish our other vendors were as good as Marc from Polo. On a side note, the roof has been installed for 2 months. There have been many Tropical storms over this time and there have been NO LEAKS!

My building (at Palm Aire in Pompano Beach) hired Polo International Inc. to replace the roof on my building which was completed March 2025. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Since May 2023, I’ve had a persistent leak in my unit. Despite three visits from their team, the issue remains unresolved. During one of their attempts to diagnose the problem, they conducted a water test that ended up flooding my apartment. Shockingly, they failed to take any precautions to protect my property or ensure safety of my family, resulting in damage to my walls and baseboards. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the person in charge, Marc Bodley, has been consistently rude and disrespectful throughout the process. His attitude has only added to the frustration of dealing with an already stressful situation. I cannot recommend Polo International Inc. based on my experience.

Mark & his team were absolutely fantastic!! I can’t say enough good things about working with Mark. Not only did he significantly reduce the stress of a job like this, he was a an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Polo International to put a new silicone roof on our newest commercial building, and they did a great job. The roof looks great , and he also helped the permit process along as well.
