Duval Roofing is the real deal. If you are reading this review - take my advice and spare yourself the hassle of sitting through dreadful hard-close roof sales pitches. Ken Duval is straight forward about being competitive with their pricing because they do cut out that sales person middle man and pass the savings onto you. He is a straight shooter, details the entire process from start to finish for you outlining every step of the way really setting your mind at ease. I’d like to start by saying this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with contractors. Hubert and his team were exceptional to say the least. Right when I met Hubert he confirmed everything with me, asked if I had any questions, walked me around my house letting me know what to expect all meanwhile his crew was getting prepped for the job. These guys were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life and that’s not an exaggeration. Every single one of them were being friendly to my dog as if he was their own, making jokes, laughing and honestly just went above and beyond with their customer service and satisfaction. There wasn’t a single nail or piece of debris when they left… they left my yard looking better than it did before when they were done it was so clean! I couldn’t be any more thankful, grateful and genuinely satisfied with choosing Duval Roofing and I truly hope this review helps whoever is reading it to choose them so you can have the same great experience too. We used Duval Roofing when we needed to reroof our home. We used them when they were recommended by a relative, who used them for their roof. Fast forward some 11 - 15 years and a storm comes through with strong winds and rips a few of the ridge vent singles off. I reach out to Duval Roofing late Friday afternoon. I received a response early Saturday morning, looking for pictures and age of the roof. I’m contacted on Monday saying they’ll try to send someone out Tuesday morning. As promised, Hubert arrived Tuesday morning and repaired the damage in no time with no issues. He even removed some of the older shingles and replaced them as not to just patch the spot. Hubert was friendly and respectful. And the cost of the job was fair. We’d definitely use Duval again.

Having a roof done is a large and necessary expense and Duval Roofing totally puts your mind at ease. Kim and Ken were fantastic to work with, the communication is always timely and any questions are answered quickly. Hubert and the crew will totally put your mind to ease, they are a well organized machine. Hubert walked me all around the house before they started and explained every detail and answered any questions thoughtfully and patiently. They finished in 1 day even with the fading light in the end. I didn’t hear 1 person complain about trying to leave as it was getting dark.They all just pitched in doing whatever someone else needed to help finish the job. I would highly recommend Duval Roofing to anyone who wants a no stress experience and a highly professional team working on their roof. Thank you !

Duval Roofing replaced my roof today and exceeded my expectations. Hubert and his crew, were on time, did a professional job and truly left me in awe. The crew consisted of kind, respectful and very polite men. They brought "service" to a whole new level and explained every step to me. They protected EVERYTHING on my property (and were extremely protective of my pet grave in the backyard). Their clean-up was incredible. They all smiled and worked very hard; this company is amazing! We used Duval Roofing company earlier this year to replace our roof and they were fantastic to work with! Most recently, I had reached out to the owner to come back to fix the soffit of our roof. I reached out on a Friday afternoon and his crew showed up Monday morning to fix it at no charge! The communication and customer service at this company is outstanding. I would highly recommend!
