Our roof replacement in Weston FL, was completed in April 2026. Melvin handled it all, from proposal to permits to final inspection himself. He was always available via phone to discuss / explain each step patiently n professionally. Their estimate matches others we compared with, but his customer service is a Bonus:) Highly recommend their company 👍

My roof was recently changed. They were professional and worked really fast.As we found termites damages,Melvi waited for me to put the termites tent in the middle of the project, delaying the tiles delivery. The work was done in about 3 weeks with all the inspections. I recommend this company.

Y. Rivera & Sons. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was priced very competitively to the other proposals I received and included all of the options and elements that were discussed on-site. Revisions for additional work that I requested were also handled very quickly and communications with my tech and the crew leader was always excellent. And finally, I've dealt with many work crews personally and in my previous employment and can safely say that these guys were excellent. I was home throughout the entire job and checked on progress several times a day and I was always impressed by their work rate, focus on the job, and overall professionalism. The roof looks great and I'll recommend "Y. Rivera & Sons to anyone and everyone I know that needs roof work.

Without a doubt this is one of if not the best company that I have ever dealt with in Miami. I’ve lived here 20 years and they were very professional, on time and did quality work. Their representative, Dax was professional, calm and understood the work that had to be done. His estimates and his confidence in his estimates were also very reassuring. He also gave me a history of his uncle’s 30 year experience. Obviously, these are all words but once he and the workers did EXACTLY what he said and when he said it would be done. I also observed their roofers at work, when they didn’t know I was watching. I was impressed with the care they took, how meticulous and carefully they were. I know under the pressures of deadlines and worries people could get all frustrated and want to rush but I certainly appreciated the time they took to do their job well. All in all, I am so pleased with every aspect of the work the company did. If I need any other roofing work or know anybody who needs roofing work I will unhesitatingly recommend this company. They did outstanding, quality work at such a great price.

I spoke with a number of roofing companies at first and this one not only offered the best value, but was also the responsive. Fantastic customer service, everything was well explained and no unexpected charges. Plus the roof was installed months sooner than originally expected and completed in the timeframe they gave me.
