Gulledge Roofing did an excellent job helping us with our insurance roof replacement. From the inspection to the final install everything was handled professionally and communication was great the whole time. Aubrey explained the insurance process clearly and kept us updated as the claim moved forward. The new roof looks great and the crew worked fast and kept the property clean. When Gulledge Roofing came to give me a free estimate - they were the 7th one as quotes from the 6 made me cringe. He saw my distress and offered to help me get it done. It seemed impossible, but Gulledge was determined to help. They provided me with their own lawyer after I explained my insurance company refused to help. After THEY sent my insurance company to inspect my roof to SEE the storm damage for themselves - they not only covered my roof with a tarp using the nicest most kindest and respectful crew I’d ever met - long story short - before I’d even received the money from my insurance company to pay them - they sent that same kind and respectful crew back to put on the new roof. I received the money from my insurance company to pay them much later - but I kept in touch with Aubrey at their company - keeping her informed of my progress to get them their much deserved endorsed check. Aubrey patiently walked me through the process of getting the checks from my insurance company endorsed - and there was even some money for ME AFTER the lawyer and the roofer got paid. I can’t thank Gulledge Roofing enough for helping me. In my eyes - their compassion, kindness, and willingness to be of service is rare and the entire world needs to know that there are roofers who genuinely “just want to help.” I cannot thank Gulledge Roofing enough and we will ALWAYS remain grateful for their help.

Gulledge Roofing was Very knowledgeable in the process of dealing with the insurance company after roof damage from storms. The process was seamless and very simple. The roof insulation was absolutely perfect and the cruise are terrific. Hunter and Aubry kept me informed every step of the way.
