RTN Roofing Systems

While I have never personally hired RTN Roofing, my work as a Roofing Consultant has had me looking at projects they have done over the years. As a consultant, there are 3 standards I look for in roofing companies. Integrity in Sales: Does a company accurately represent what the roof process will look like, explain what products and add-ons can be done to improve the roof and not pressure them for over-priced items. RTN has more than demonstrated this with clearly written contracts and well trained salesman. It takes a rare level of integrity to stand their at a project with multiple contractors bidding, and say you are only willing to sell the highest quality products, knowing that it might cost you the sale. Quality Roofing: I look at every commercial roof I inspect based on a 500-point assessment. This includes local codes and regulations, Manufacturer recommendations, industry standards and quality of the welding. RTN has always had the highest quality within their commercial roofing crews, and they take additionL steps other contractors will ignore to ensure their roofs not only look good, but will protect the customer inside. They aren't always perfect, but when a manufacturer comes along they listen, correct the issues, and learn. Warranty Terms: Most warranties on roofs are not worth the paper and ink they are produced with. Companies will lie about what is covered, never file for warranties, or those warranties have all kinds of fun exceptions, that fall under a general "if you ask about your warranty you void it" style. RTN Roofing works with high quality manufactures like Duro-Last, which not only offer high-quality warranties but actually protect the inhabitants. I have heard from multiple customers that RTN has honored warranties even when the work being done shouldn't be covered, providing an excellent service well beyond expectations. Overall, RTN Roofing is one of the best contractors I have ever encountered. With every new roof they install I know they are genuinely helping each and every one of their customers.

From the Proposal through the finished project, RTN was responsive and professional. They worked to find a solution to meet our needs and budget. Their reporting systems are amazing given the size of the jobs. I have worked with other contractors on jobs 1,000 times the $ value of this project and have not received the type of reporting that RTN provided. The communication from the home office to the front line supervision was top notch. I am really pleased with the service they provided.

I have worked with RTN on many projects over the years. I have had them complete five new roofs for me in the past year and a half. I cannot say enough about their willingness to go the extra mile for their clients. They have helped me out in several emergency roof situations and difficult leaks. They are really good at communicating work progress and scheduling. RTN would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a commercial roofer for service or a new roof.
