Horrible experience for impact window replacement. Windows installed 8 years ago and have leaked ever since. Many repair attempts and excuses - still have leaks whenever there is a hard rain. Each time they have told me the problem is solved, I spend money to repair damaged drywall and caulking, only to have it ruined during the next heavy rain. Stay away from this company.

PRC installed impact glass windows at our house. They replaced 22 windows and 1 door. Their workmanship was excellent. The job took 2 1/2 days. Everything they did was first class. Kudos to Dayton, John, Ernie, Fernando and Darrell. I would highly recommend them.

PRC just completed replacing our 25 year old windows with new hurricane impact windows. Entire process went extremely well. Wait time from manufacturer to fulfill order was a bit longer than expected, but the installation and finish work were meticulous. In addition, the scheduling process and communication with PRC personnel during the installation were very good. A big thank you to Daryl for closing out the job with expertise. We would highly recommend PRC for homeowners considering renovation work.

After a six month wait due to manufacturing delays, the PRC installation team lead by Andy did an amazing job with our windows and doors! They ran into obstacles at both door locations and made the modifications needed for the new impact products to be installed properly and look great! Andy & his assistant went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly and cleaned up before they left! Would definitely recommend PRC for your doors and windows.

PRC did an awesome job replacing my roof after the March 2019 hailstorm. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I cannot express my thanks enough to their team.
