My wife and I bought a house that sorely needed a new roof (and windows and doors - pricing reflects both jobs). When I set out to organize the work I decided to pick five companies for quotes, three of which noted they are small family owned businesses. I called Mompie second and left a voicemail and Alex called me back immediately while I was on the phone with another company. Every other company had an answering service but with Mompie I'm speaking directly with the owner so it actually had the family owned feel to it. I don't recall the timing but I think he came out the next day, and I had the quote by later that evening. While I was collecting other quotes Alex was available to answer several questions, sometimes at probably odd hours. During one of those conversations he mentioned that they also do windows and doors... cha-ching! We can tackle two projects with one company!! All said and done they did a fantastic job, and it felt like our aunt/uncle, brother/sister, cousin were doing the work on our house, and for a very solid price. Some people I play sports with asked what we paid and when comparing they paid a smidge less for a roof half the size. I'm guessing that means we got a very competitive price on the window and door installation too!!

During the roof removal, Mompie's workers were very neat & organized. Alex Mompie promptly addressed any questions or concerns that we had.
