You know, it's been many years and Michael John will probably not remember me, but I have to say, time proved him to be a quality contractor. He's honest - which is MOST important when it comes to contractors - and does quality work and his design was great! He did what he was supposed to do, timely and in budget with incremental payments as work was completed (if I recall correctly). I just watched a story on the news how a couple paid $40K for a new kitchen and did not get their kitchen. What a nightmare. Reminded me of Michael John. Thanks, Michael John

After meeting a couple contractors and then meeting Mike ,we knew we wanted to hire him to do our room addition and build a bathroom. As a young couple going thru our first construction type project , this was a scary endeavor for us. We were unsure of the best way to communicate some of what we wanted or what our concerns were along the way. But we knew we wanted an experienced and trustworthy company, like Michael John Enterprises whom has been in business locally for many years. Chances are his team has seen it or done that and can make your project happen for you. As long as the 2-way communication is done properly, Mike will go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy with the finished project. I would definitely recommend him if in market for a contractor.

Michael John Enterprises built an additional room for our home, as well as adding a block wall, large window, and applying stucco, to enclose our garage, which was also converted to a room. Mike worked to satisfy us throughout the process, sought to make us happy with the project, and was able to leave us completely satisfied with the end result. The sub-contractors were easy to work with, personal, and friendly. Jim and Johnny went beyond the call of duty in the the work they performed in framing, installing doors, windows, and various miscellaneous projects, even to the extent of assisting me with projects in my garage to room conversion, which were not included and required by the contract; were very personal, friendly, and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. I would highly recommend you consider Michael John Enterprises for your project.

This was my first experience having an addition added to a home. All my previous homes were pre-owned and complete. Mike was very professional when he came to talk with us about what we wanted to have done. Being new to the process, at first, I didn't realize that every step of the project required inspection...but the inspections definitely made us feel even more confident about the quality of the work. Throughout the project, Mike was timely in answering any questions we had. We loved the crew...Jim and Johnny we great quality workers who got the job done! The project took a bit longer than anyone expected, but Covid did create shipping problems and, hence, material availability delays. Overall, we are quite satisfied with the work done by Michael John Enterprises. Some of the older reviews were a little worrisome...but, based on our experience, we think this company has grown and improved exponentially!

Mike is a great to work with! I hired him to raise the roof in my living room (formerly an old breezeway) to standard height. He was able to work with me to allow me to live in the house during the work and all his subcontractors were top notch. He is responsive to any and all questions and will work with you to correct anything that didn't turn out quite right. I am getting ready work with him on a second project - a detached garage and couldn't be happier that I don't have to search around for a good contractor. You will not regret hiring Michael John Enterprises!
