Steve and Gone Coastal took great care of us! Fair price, prompt service and great communication. Five year later roof is still in great shape and zero leaks even after all the storms. We had a tree fall on our soffit during hurricane Ian and damage a portion of the roof, but no water ever got in because the underlayment was completely water tight. Highly recommend
We had our roof replaced in December 2021. They will provide a price and jack it up tremendously by saying you need more boards. They did not provide any additional shingles. They left numerous nails in my yard that needed to be picked up. They left gutter nails out of gutter not having it structurally sound and had to be installed. They say it is a 10 year warranty, but it is NOT, as they will say the warranty is null and void since a hurricane happened. Everyone knows we have hurricanes regularly here, so the warranty is useless. Most importantly, after hurricane Ian we tried to contact them, but they were moving offices and could not be reached. It would have been nice to have someone available to inspect our roof after hurricane Ian or Milton to let us know everything is structurally sound. We do not have any leaks at this time.
I had a very good experience with Gone Coastal Roofing while dealing with closing an expired permit. Although we did not get the chance to hire the company directly as the work was completed by our community HOA, we were very content with the responsiveness of this company once we approach them for help to sort out the issue with the City . Nate was amazing, promptly responding to our request and actioning with due diligence to handle the process with the City on a timely manner. We greatly appreciate their work and strongly recommend their services Thank you!

The worse company we have ever come across Almost 2 years and multiple requests to fix the interior of the house that got damaged due to their bad workmanship leakage and water stains marks have not been addressed Beware before hiring them
