Mike came highly recommended so I went with him. At first I thought they were being wrong because he is about 65% cheaper than anyone else. Additionally I am a DYI guy and did several home improvements myself. On the report he made educated guess on time frame and he was almost spot on without me being there. He is very good at his job. I would highly recommend.

We used them few times during the years. They are always answer my phone calls immediately. Inspector, Duck, is always very nice. He even takes his shoes off when he gets inside house to do inspections. Great company, the schedule is quick and the reports quickly too!!

Using this company for a wind mitigation report is a waste of money. They were recommended to me by my insurance broker, and the company representative was very pleasant, but he reported that my roof did not have hurricane clips. If I had not questioned this finding it would have cost me $2,400 yearly in insurance increases. I called the company to question their findings, and they admitted that their employees NEVER look behind insulation in attics to find and document hurricane clips. I called another company (The Three Nails Guy) recommended by my insurance broker and he easily found and documented the hurricane clips behind the attic insulation. The price of $60 for the wind mitigation report would have been reasonable if the company had actually done responsible work. I can't understand how they claim to do wind mitigation reports when they refuse to look behind attic insulation for the clips. Don't waste your money on this company!

I spoke with Mike on the phone and told him I owned a business and would like to have an inspection. He told me he was familiar with the business because he lived years ago on the street as my business. I told him the reason I wanted an inspection. He gave me a price for the inspection. On the day of the inspection, another guy came and started on the inspection and doubled the price of the inspection . I told him Micheal ( the owner ) was familiar with my business gave me another price so call him so I could speak with him. The guy told me even though Micheal was the owner he would not know pricing and Michael was not available. A day later, I called to ask about the inspection that young man performed and a lady answered with a slight attitude and told me they decided not to give me the results and follow thru on the inspection. I asked if she could have Mike to call me and as of today no response from Michael. I just wanted to verify with Michael the pricing.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with this service. I had a home inspection done by this company/ I was truly looking forward to dealing with them from a positive experience I had with Max Leggett years ago. I assumed this was the same family, but possibly not. They sent out a very nice pleasant fellow but unfortunately he was unqualified or inexperienced and certainly not qualified to rate or judge proper electrical safety, which of course has me wondering if he was qualified for anything that was done. The price was right however the quality of the report caused me significant grief with my insurance company due to his reporting an electrical hazard which did not exist. The caused me to waste hours in downloading manuals and calling back and forth. They called me back after my complaints but the caller did not seem to know any more about the issue than the inspector did. Even when faced with the documentary evidence that the report was erroneous they refused to correct the error even going so far to tell me that the insurance underwriter did not care about the National Electric Code or the manufacturers recommendation for installation of the product. Anyway the underwriter agreed that the report item was bogus, but al this should have never happened. I suggest not getting wooed by the low price for the service, you do indeed get what you pay for.
