Commercial Construction Services (CCS) is a Jacksonville-based interior construction, commercial painting, and facility maintenance firm founded in 2014 by President and owner Daniel Todd Davis. CCS specializes in healthcare and commercial interior renovations and build-outs, working with clients such as Baptist Health, AdventHealth, HCA Florida, Nemours, and UF Health, and self-performs much of its work rather than relying solely on subcontractors. In addition to its general and building contractor licenses, the company holds an active Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license. CCS has been recognized as a Top General Contractor and Top Tenant Improvement Contractor and has appeared on the 5000 Regional List. The company reports over 8,000 completed projects, more than 50 employees, and 36 vehicles.
