I've used Chillemi three times. The last project was the biggest, not only replacing my 119-year-old metal roof, but doing it in a fashion that maintained its historic look. They are the only professionals that I've found that know how to work with the Berridge Roof system. Excellent work.

We had been looking for a Roofing Contractor for over a year when we saw the roof installation being preformed by Chillemi Restoration and Roofing, on a historical home up the street. Our home is also a Victorian but we had hail damage and our Ins. Co required the same type and style roof for replacement. Eugene Jr. went to bat for us with our insurance company, and the house now proudly displays the skill and handy work of a beautiful Victorian Metal Shingle roof. I'm writing this review several months following the installation. Our roof has now experienced heavy rain and thunderstorms. We are very happy to say, our home is water tight and we now enjoy the sound of rain on the metal roof.

Eugene arrived at my request for service. He was able to estimate the work, and in less than 24 hours he submitted a detailed plan for the repair of my roof. Ella then called and had me on schedule in short order. Just an easy, professional process. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and with a top grade finish. They were such a pleasure to work with, that I had them return to install two skylights. Once again, easy estimate process and coordination of placement with the crew. I can’t recommend this company enough. The crew was as good as you can get. On time polite, professional and tireless. One last note these men were very aware of time and phases of construction with regard to the unpredictable weather here in Brevard County…Thank you Chillemi Restoration for all for the hard work!
