The worst experience of my life with a company. I honestly think these reviews are paid. My house was leaking inside because of the material they used. No accountability. You call and they are in “meetings”. They never closed the permit with the county so now I have an open permit that was not properly finished. They are a disaster! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Starter from the appraiser to the office staff. They are just bad. I never paid them what was due because they didn’t finish the job. However, even after all of that they sent me an invoice for the remaining balance. The audacity!

Action Roofing provides superior customer service and their roofers are highly professional. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They handled all the permitting and scheduled my job on my home in Fleming Island in under two weeks. The roofing crew at my house was incredibly hard-working and extremely meticulous in their work. I got quotes from multiple competitors and they also had the best price. I highly recommend this company!

We spent considerable time entertaining 5 different companies to re-roof our 50 year old house. Sure, cost was a factor in deciding upon a company but we were not only needing a roof but also a solution to a leaking metal roof over our sun room. Anthony came up with a plan that only added an additional amount far below the $7500 that others were quoting us. His plan worked as we have had no leaks in the 2 hard rains since. We love the look and quality of our new roof and have heard our neighbors tell us they love it too. In 2 weeks our neighbor closest to us is having Action Roofing replace hers! You won't go wrong or have "contractor remorse" after having your roof replaced by Action!

A very pleasant re-roofing experience dealing with Andy Rodriguez, Richard and his roofing team. The entire job was completed in less than two days. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and quickly responsive. We could not have asked for a better outcome! Everything was handled smoothly, from tile selection, permitting the job, delivery… to house and yard preparation, shingle removal, install and a thorough post install quality check and sweeping for nails, etc. High quality work. They obviously place a high priority on integrity and customer satisfaction. Have had several neighbors volunteer positive comments on the outcome. It was truly worry free. Highly recommended!
