Gotcha Covered Roofing

Used Gotcha Covered Roofing to replace my roof in July 2024 and added a roof over the atrium during the roof replacement. The roof install took around two days and I will say that the crew was very friendly and did very good job picking up after themselves. Unfortunately, within a month later we did have some issues with the added roof over our atrium leaking and sagging due to the Contracted Framer incorrectly installing it. It took many visits to my house and back/forth discussions over text, email, and phone to figure out what the problem was. This later lead to an entire re-roof of the atrium addition in January 2026, a year and a half from when it was installed. The new framer, Tom Lube, that re-roofed the atrium was amazing and I highly recommend asking for him on any roof additions. He communicated the problem right away and was very respectful of our space while on the job. A very faithful man that definitely took pride in his workmanship. I rated Gotcha Covered Roofing 4/5 stars only since it took quite a while for the issue to be corrected. l am just happy that Lisa and Paul held up to our contract and fixed the roof correctly. Just make sure to keep everything in writing and all documentation of any issues. All and all, Lisa and Paul are five star people and I would recommend doing business with them even though we had a roofing issue. They stepped up where the previous framer had failed. They really do Gotcha Covered!

I recently discovered a leak under my solar panels, and Tim went completely above and beyond to patch it up so I could safely make it through the recent severe weather. He was incredibly helpful and even took the time to set up a bucket inside my house right under the leak. To top it off, he offered to come back free of charge just to double check that everything is holding up well. Exceptional service, great communication, and genuine care. Lisa, Paul and their team were just wonderful! They priced the work fairly, cleaned up after themselves each day, and delivered a stunning product. Even when they encountered a few challenges on our roof they did not nickel and dime us, they just took care of things and got it done. We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them! We replaced a cement tile roof on a 4000 square foot home in Summer Lakes, in Viera Florida.
