These guys put the roof on the house we bought. We’ve had to fix 4 leaks so far from their install. The roofer we are using said what a terrible job they did, including not even peeling the plastic backing off the underlayment to stick to the plywood. I would definitely not recommend this company.
Cat5 Construction replaced 20 tile roofs in our community that were damaged by Hurricane Irma. They had a very organized, hard-working crew with a supervisor who was always on-site and eager to help. There were a few post-construction leaks but they returned to repair the problems. I'm happy to report there were no leaks after Hurricane Ian.
This company and Matt were nothing but professional from the beginning. Being new to Florida we were worried about finding a quality company to take care of our families properties. Matt took my families calls and assured us that the project was in the best hand. We would highly recommend this company for either commercial or residential.
I am on the East Coast of Florida contacted Cat 5 Contracting through the last two hurricanes to inspect and repair any damages I might have had at both my home and business. On the very first call, I spoke directly to the owner and explained my situation and my location. The very next morning, I had the Cat 5 team at my front door and they went right to work! Spent time talking with the owner as he himself came with his team and was completely satisfied with not only the professionalism, but the honesty from the owner and his Cat 5 team. Absolutely would use Cat 5 again and would highly recommend Cat 5 Contracting.
I was very impressed by the professionalism of this company. They were on time, knew what they were talking about. Willing to explain everything that was and was not wrong with the tile roof. I did not feel like I was being pushed to make a decision right then and there. They were were extremely transparent and it even showed in their pricing, which I was very happy with. I would seriously recommend this company - great job Matt Spanton.
