Outstanding customer service. I needed information and asked them to come inspect my roof. They were here the next AM, early and put my mind at ease. Orlando Roofing has very successfully been in business for over 30 years, so when you look for them, be sure to check the history of all the people claiming to be Orlando Roofing and pick the one that states “30+ years in business”. Folks are pirating their name and trying to subsist on their parasitism; it will never work but ‘they’ keep trying. All around A + A multigenerational family owns the real Orlando Roofing!!!!

Orlando roofing did an amazing job. My roof replacement was a last minute need with urgency for a closing on my property. They came in inspected, quoted and did a full tear-off and reinstall in the time needed. Alexander Neilson did an excellent job effectively communicating the process and delivering what he promised.

Cameron and Alexander were very friendly , courteous, and professional the roofing team arrived on time and they were also very professional.There were no hidden charges or delays you can definitely tell the company believes in quality not quantity. My roof was done in two days looks amazing and my yard is clean no debris anywhere. GREAT JOB!

Based on strong reviews (including a recommendation from ChatGPT), I reached out to Orlando Roofing Company. Alexander came out first thing the following morning and conducted a very thorough inspection. He examined the interior and exterior walls, the roof, and the attic, spending more than 30 minutes investigating the issue. He carefully explained his findings with photos and explained that he found no evidence that the leak was coming from the roof. What really stood out was his professionalism and integrity. Rather than pushing unnecessary work, Alexander provided thoughtful advice on next steps, including consulting a plumber, an A/C company, and a flooring specialist to help identify the true root cause. When I asked about the cost for his visit, he declined to accept any payment, explaining that it was part of their free estimate policy. His honesty, professionalism, and commitment to doing the right thing left a very strong impression on me. I was extremely impressed by Alexander and would not hesitate to recommend Orlando Roofing Company to anyone looking for a roofing company they can truly trust.
