Altec Roofing

Ramon was amazing he walked us through every step of the roof replacement, from the removal to the last tile . He answered every question,phone call and text message. The whole process took about 2 weeks including the final inspection. Every person who worked on the roof was pleasant and at the end of each day everything was cleaned up. We had an amazing experience with Altec. From start to finish, they are professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the work product and would recommend anyone looking to replace a roof. Ramon was our Altec Rep and we could not thank him enough for all the hard work to get this project completed. A truly professional team!

Wendy, the service manager, was very good: friendly and helpful. The delivery, however, was mediocre and severely lacking. After an initial quick analysis and fix of a leaking roof, it took a long time and several reminder phone calls from my end to get them to finish the job. They then forgot twice to replace some broken tiles, and when they did, they didn't use the proper replacement tiles, leaving an eyesore instead (see photo). I had to have them come out twice more to fix it, and even then the roof was left with only almost-matching colors. Maybe my business was competing with larger contracts. Not recommended.

I can’t say enough about ALTEC and the service we received. We were in a bad jam and had no where to turn - they dropped everything to help. If you’re looking for exceptional service and a great price then look no further. Their entire team is first class.
