World Class Maintenance

We had Joe and his team rebuild an entire house inside and out and they did the job they signed up for in the quoted 90 days and at the agreed price. They found extra rot damage and mitigated it at a very fair extra cost. His main guy Jerry is outstanding in his quality of carpentry and follow up. While you do need to keep in constant contact with them, they never were bothered by the additional oversight. I’d highly recommend them for a quality job at a fair price.

Absolutely outstanding professional top quality new roof! And their tile guy John is an artist, a genius with old world talent. Impeccable attention to detail and the most hardworking, caring, and personally charming technician you will ever be blessed to know. Just the greatest job ever. Did work for us and we're quick to ask for payment but never completed the job. Said they would come back to install gutter clips and never did. Also, realized later that they didn't fix two items that were on our work order.

We had really heavy rain and noticed a wet spot on the ceiling/leak in the roof. There was more heavy rain forecasted later that week. We made an appt with World Class Maintenence, they came out the next day and gave us a reasonable quote. We booked a 2nd appt for them to get the job done- the next day, before the next wave of heavy rain. I was dreading the problem getting worse but they were so quick to respond, which is what I saw in most reviews is a typical problem with roofing companies. I could not be happier with how quickly the job was done, it was such a relief.

We had them remove an old bathroom ceiling heating element and then install a new ceiling vent in a different location and also install a light fixture over the tub. After the electrical work, they then repaired the plaster ceiling and painted. The owner took personal responsibility for the project and we are satisfied and happy.
