Cape Coral Roofing and Sheet Metal

I am currently experiencing the same unresponsive issues with this company. Our completion date has constantly been moved, as we signed our contract January 17, 2025 and only the base layer has been placed, it is now February 28th. The price was good but not worth the headache at this point, I just want my roof complete.

My roof was completed years ago by the company and done well. Holding up nice. Great work with price.

Because of the hurricane, my father and I hired Cape Coral Roofing and Sheet Metal, they received payment from our insurance of our home to fix the roof, the wood around the roof and the repair of the damages that their guys caused during one of the services to prep the roof for. They sent the insurance a bill for an over exceeded amount of money which totaled out to $16,000 to do the work that they never finished. On top of that, they never cleaned up their mess after one portion of the work was done and now we are being fined by the county for the mess that they as a company is supposed to dispose of. Don´t even try to call the company, they are never there and the CEO is worse named Alex (I would be ashamed to even have that title if I were him) because he will just forward your call to voicemail and NEVER CALL YOU BACK! The office is just as bad, you cant leave a voicemail because when it tells you to leave one, it just hangs up on you, Seriously. I have never met such an unresponsive, unprofessional company like this ever in my life. No wonder they have barely 4 star reviews on here. I will be contacting the news company and a lawyer if I dont get a response by tomorrow. You will be seeing them on the news soon. If he response to this review I would be very shocked.

If I could rate them a 0, I would. Please please don’t employ this company for your roofing needs. We have been forced to get legal representation to deal with this company. We are going on 6 weeks without shingles on our roof, left only with the paper they put down after taking down our roof, we had an inspector inspect our home and there was no tape, no membrane put down, nothing to protect us at all! We have sent emails, called, implored, sent videos of the multiple leaks in our home and nothing!! Nobody cares at this company, not Ryan, not Alexander (the owner), nobody. Even their secretary told us a couple of days ago they had a couple of guys on their way to our home and they never showed. Not even shown up with fans to dry our carpet or walls. Will be filing a complaint locally and with the state. This is our home and we have children under our non existing roof. Simply inexcusable.

The company repaired a minor damages to my roof. The company three years ago installed this new roof. The owner Alex completed the repairs in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to have a new roof or repair of the roof from damages caused by the hurricane, my thanks again to Alex.
