There’s not enough starts to give this company for there customer service, sales, workers and yes the Boss. To start never had a kinder person as Cody able to understand and respect what I needed. Just wish I could have met him. Barry the sales person who came to my house was so kind and understanding with all my questions being nervous I asked a lot, probably more then once. As you will in this review I do talk a lot when nervous, 😁. He took it all in and reassured me over and over and over it will be ok and never once gave me the feeling he was annoyed. Now for the workers TJ and Luis, man they did the best job never stopped until I made them lunch. When someone works like them it was my honor to make them sit and eat. Those two even worked while it was raining a little. Felt so bad took out my canopy for them. As for working together it was almost like they read each other minds. They hey both were so darn polite. If I get a chance to finish the rest of my windows I pray I get all them back. There’s not enough words that can praise this company. Thank you for all you have done for us.

This week I received service from the Florida Retrofits team and I am genuinely so happy that I chose to go with this company. I want to start by recognizing TJ, Angel and Leo, especially. In the two days that they were at my home, they were a team that had excellent customer service, they were patient with each other and very efficient in getting the job done. My wife and I were amazed at how well they worked together and the pride that they took in their work. I hope everyone at that company realizes how special those 3 individuals are. Additionally, they were very detailed in their labor and provided me with a lot of knowledge along the way. The work performed at my home was two impact doors and a few impact windows. I would highly recommend hiring this company and even greater recommend asking for those three individuals to work as the team for your next project.

Florida Retrofits is a company loaded with a talented workforce. Had some soffit work done a few weeks ago clean efficiency. Yesterday I had a new slider put in kudos to TJ & Leo they really take pride in what they do. I’ll be hiring this company for sure in the future if I have any projects. Thanks again The office staff is also super helpful and knowledgeable.

Florida Retrofits had Tj and his team come out to my house today 2/4/2026 to remove old windows and put new Hurricame Impact Windows on our house. They came out at the time I was told they would arrive . Tj and his team were very professional and worked hard the entire time. I would refer Florida Retrofits as well as Tj and his team to anyone who needs work done at their house. Eileen Moran
