Ted Riley took my 84 yr old mother's money ! Do not give him your money. He failed to pull proper permits and took deposit money and then some and abondoned project with bunch of excuses . Has not returned money for work that has not been completed According to contract. Do not Trust This guy. He also did same thing in other known projects. Be aware!!! I was without windows for 3 months with boards up. I have had a hole in front of my property he fails to do his job and lacks knowledge and responsibility and does not care. He lies and manipulates to take your money!!!
I have used Ted many times over the last 10 years. He is very honest, dependable and helpful. Ted is also a hard worker and very knowledgeable. He came up with creative ideas to save money. I highly recommend him as a contractor.
