Team Armored Roofing

Team Armored did a great job on installing my new roof. Jesus was the project manager. All the permits were handled without a problem. The team arrived early (7:15am) and worked until 6pm. The team always cleaned up, put down protection around my plants and were generally considerate. The roof looks great. Very happy with result. Good communication, follow through and clean up.

Team Armored did a great job installing our metal roof. The project was completed in 6 days--removing the old roof and installing the new one. The workers were hard-working and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Good follow up with punch list. The roof looks great. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is informing the customer that they will get a certified letter from the metal supplier telling the customer not to pay the installer without first getting written permission from the supplier, citing state laws and legal language saying you could have a lien placed on your house or end up paying twice for the roof if you failed to get the supplier's permission before paying. The supplier provided no contact information and their website had no address or telephone number. Once contacted about the letter, Team Armored explained that it was standard practice, and they followed up with a notarized document saying that all vendors had been paid and there was no lien placed on the house upon final payment. If that's standard practice, it should be part of the initial sales consultation. No one likes getting a threatening letter like that out of the blue, especially when it involves your largest asset and a very expensive project.

Team Armored Roofing did a phenomenal job with my roofing project. I was out of state during the project and Team Armored Roofing could not have been more helpful. Great communication, patience, and the quality and affordability was on point. They kept me in the loop the entire project, detailed every step along the way, which really was a stress relief. So I hired this company to do my flat roof, and if you know flat roofs they are a pain. Initially after installation we had quite a few leaks, that being said, every single time I called they were out here troubleshooting. This was a long process, but finally after multiple time and rain storms we finally got it fixed. They also repaired my ceiling damage. Most people would have been super frustrated, which it was, but the team always showed up and were courteous. So I hired them to do my shingled roof, they did a phenomenal job! We had them install all the gutters around our house and finally they did the flashing/coping on the flat roof. This company has a lot of character, and even though I did have leaks initially, they persevered. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended! I interviewed several companies and Team Armored's pricing and warranty set them apart from the rest. Install was quick, efficient, communication was outstanding and my new metal roof looks great!
