Aastro Roofing Company

At first I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews. So I called them to get an estimate for a leaking roof. I called twice because after the first estimate, I had to go out of town. Both times, different inspectors went into my attic and confirmed where the leak was coming from. Being from the same company, I called another roofing company for an estimate. The same diagnostic as to where the leak was coming from, thank goodness that they said that the leak was coming from the vent up on the metal roof. I decided to go with Aastro and I'm glad that I did. I was up on the roof with their employees Geremias and Milton. They worked quickly and found that the seal around the vent was bad. They removed one of the metal slats and properly, cleaned and sealed vent opening. Now I have to wait for the rain to make sure the leak has been fixed, but by seeing their work, I'm confident I have no more leaks. My only complaint is that I didn't know they were showing up today, but I'm grateful because I was told it could be 2 weeks before someone would be out. Overall I'm extremely happy with the services, they cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. Geremias and Milton are top notch. Luis O.

I contacted Aastro for a new roof based on two, glowing recommendations from neighbors. Darrin from Aastro came to my home to observe the existing roof and to go over the process comprehensively. He was very good about responding to my text queries and always made me feel like a valued customer. When the roof installation began, I was updated. The installation was painless. The company prides itself on being understanding, flexible, and kind. Chelsea is amazing to deal with via email for billing, as are the other members of the eclectic Aastro team. I would whole heart recommend them when you need a roof for your home and want a reliable, competent, and customer-focused company that is without equal.

I had my roof recently replaced by Aastro Roofing. I was referred to the company by someone who had his roof replaced by Aastro Roofing. The person explained to me after some other company gave him the run around, a friend referred him to Aastro Roofing. I am so glad the person referred me to the Company. Working with the Aastro Roofing’s Staff was like working with family and friends. They are very professional; they have great communication skills. Their price is reasonable. Starting with Frankie the first time we met for my estimate, he explained the process in detail. He reassured me the work will be done timely. Every single time I called him, he was always there to guide me with the process. Miguel/the crew supervisor was great as well. Rogelio was great, he answered my questions nicely when he came for site inspection. Chelsea, and Nicole were never tired of my calls. They assisted with whatever I needed. I can’t forget Joseph either, the crew who did the work were very nice and friendly. If I needed any advice with my house, they were there to guide me. Every single person I encountered during the process was amazing. I thank everyone for a job well done! My roof is beautiful! I would definitely recommend Aastro Roofing to my family, friends, and anyone for that matter. You will be happy to work with Aastro Roofing. It’s a great company.

Aastro roofers did an amazing job. From the beginning with Frankie the salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all our options. He even brought the owner Jason over to provide solutions to our unique situation. The communication was excellent. Manuel the on-site supervisor was great keeping me updated on the progress. The crew including Willie, Milton and Jeremy was very professional. I obtained several quotes for this job. They were not the cheapest, but they were very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them.
