High Tide Roofing and it's staff are the consummate professionals. The service they provided when replacing my roof couldn't have been more professional and expertly done. Even afterwards during warranty period they have shown up to insure everything was still in order and that there were no problems. You cannot ask for more than that from a Roofing company. I highly recommend High Tide Roofing.
We first used High Tide Roofing and Repair previously in 2021 for a roof repair on a beach house on Anastasia Island. We then sold that home and purchased another house in St. Augustine. Based on that experience we were comfortable reaching out to them again to repair a roof leak at the new property. They were up to the task once again and made the needed repairs in a very timely manner. We appreciate the professionalism displayed by High Tide Roofing on this repair job. It began with their an initial roof inspection, followed by preparation of a detailed work and cost proposal that we reviewed and accepted. They were great in communicating and coordinating their work schedule and executing all the work required. All of our interactions with their workers on-site during the repair were very pleasant and satisfactory. All the work proposed was completed in a timely manner and in accordance with their cost proposal.
High Tide arrived as scheduled, they an excellent job installing our metal roof. They never left debris and cleaned around the entire house at the end of each day. Hats off to Mike Lopez who followed and always was aware of the progress. I would definitely recommend Hile Tide Roofing, a class company!

High Tide Roofing was super! Climbed on our 3 story home to follow up on a possible repair needed to our clay roof. Did all of this within a few days of contacting them and they repaired and clarified what was needed.
