West Construction Services is a family-owned residential and commercial construction company in Mount Dora, Florida, started in 1988 by President Dale West after he worked his way up to superintendent for a general contractor in South Florida. His son, Joseph West, serves as Vice President and is a certified building contractor and certified roofing contractor, having grown up in the business before completing a Construction Management degree at Seminole State College. The company specializes in custom home construction, additions, and remodels, and has won multiple Parade of Homes awards, including 2019 first place in the $275,000 to $325,000 category and a 2019 Parade of Homes Realtors Choice Award. West Construction Services is a Green Advantage Certified building contractor and a supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project and Relay for Life. The company serves Lake County and the surrounding Central Florida region.

West Construction completed a beautiful renovation of our 70-year-old home a couple of years ago with excellent craftsmanship.
