Before and after pictures are amazing. First they took care of all the HOA paperwork and permits. Capps Roofing did a great job of replacing my roof. Once the 20 year old roof was removed, their carpentry team identified any plywood that needed to be replaced and they replaced a majority of my fascia board. The team who removed the roof was very respectful of my property and my neighbors; they cleaned up each evening. The carpenters were true craftsman. They prepared the under roofing and added the waterproof layers. The final team placed the tiles and made sure it was secure. Lastly the gutters were placed on the house. There was a project manager available if we had questions and a supervisor regularly visited during the installation. I can't say enough about their professionalism and quality.

This is for a re-roof with Owen’s Corning shingles. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Capps from start to finish. They make it easy for the homeowner in every aspect. All of their people are nice to work with being courteous and professional. The simplicity of the proposal and “out the door” one pricing leave for no open ends, surprises or upselling throughout. One of the owners “Blake” patiently described the whole process and any options there may be which is reassuring. Recently, I had the need for some roof work. I did extensive research on roofing companies and decided to contact Capps roofing based on recommendations and excellent reviews. They responded very quickly and came out to do an inspection and analysis of the roof immediately. The inspection was comprehensive and detailed. The inspector took his time evaluating the condition of the roof and discussing his findings, answering all of my questions and listening to my input as to what I thought should be done. It was by far the best analysis of all of the companies I contacted. Capps came back with the estimate quickly and the proposed work and price were the best I received. They also had a very reasonable payment schedule, an important consideration and which I consider to a good indicator of integrity of the company. After evaluating all the estimates I received, I decided to go with Capps. Signing the contract was done quickly and easily and they were able to start shortly after receiving the permit. They showed up when they said they would and executed the roof replacement quickly and professionally. Communication throughout the project was good including with the owner Blake Capps. There were no surprises and no drama during the work and they delivered for the price quoted. There have been no issues with the roof since. I highly recommend Capps roofing.
