I see why Bill Shields Roofing has been in business for 75 years. I replaced a roof that had 4 good skylights to remove and replace. The estimator, Herman Brown, was very knowledgeable and was confident they could do the work to meet my schedule. They did an excellent job! Not only do they do effective work, all their employees let you know they are pleased to have you as a customer. Christina kept me informed of progress on the work and was so eager to help. Work seems so coordinated between all parts of the work force. So nice to deal with a business that is highly skilled and treats customers with kindness and respect.

We’ve needed our roof replaced for several years but kept putting it off. Our neighbor hsd his roof replaced last year and recommended Bill Shields. We called and they sent out a gentleman to evaluate our roof. We received a quote for what it would cost and we were genuinely surprised. When the team arrived, they got straight to work and did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day. They gave us photos of the entire process. We couldn’t be happier! From the initial call, to my completed roof repair, Selina and the crew of Bill Shields Roofing did a fantastic job. They were prompt, professional, personable, but most importantly, effective, all while performing the repair for thousands less than some of the other quotes I received. It took several months from the initial estimate, signed paperwork to roof replacement completed. The work seemed OK, the crew was able to answer any of my questions during the work. I provided lunch and drinks for 3 days of work, to all crew workers, even on one day I am not home, I ordered food delivered to the crew. During the work, a small part the stucco had to be replaced and repainted. The office asked me what color of the wall, I said white. Of course I paid extra for stucco and paint work. But it turned out the white colored paint to stand out very different from the rest, my HOA did not like it. I called back the office that I have to pay more/extra to repaint. Should the painters match color or ask me again the time of painting? I only told the white color in general, I am willing to go up to repaint if the painters give me matched color, but the office said I have to pay extra for going out to repaint. I think this is the minus point and I am very disappointed.
