David and his construction team did a complete remodel of our bay front home.. Basically redid our entire house. While with some companies there may be concerns with integrity OR competence, with David Windham construction the homeowner will have NONE of these worries. David was not an absentee contractor and with his willingness and ability to communicate honestly and effectively, our HUGE project was clearly in good hands. He not only talked the talk, but delivered with quality and integrity. My only concern is whether or not we can find someone of the same quality in our new area of western North Carolina!

Our home was totally renovated by Windham Construction. Walls were removed, a bathroom was added. The kitchen was gutted. The scope of the work was vast. The tradespeople were professional and the work was done with care and in a timely fashion, even in the midst of the pandemic. Windham Construction came highly recommended and as our project progressed we could see why. The office staff is courteous and helpful. Every person that has seen the transformation of our home has mentioned the excellent quality of work and attention to detail. We would recommend Windham Construction without a moment's hesitation.

David Wyndham and his construction team did an entire and complete inside and outside renovation of our Bradenton home. His team did all the remodeling of the home, duct work, preparation, removal, clean up installation of all appliances, doors, windows, molding and much more. David also came up with brilliant ideas on restructuring the inside of our home to open it up and make it look even larger. The entire renovation was done while we lived in another state. David coordinated the majority of the contractors to ensure our home was completed in a timely manner. David was a present contractor always communicating especially with us being out of state. His follow through was on point and we knew we were in good hands. David gave us our first beautiful Florida home. We highly recommend David Windham Construction. His quality, integrity. follow through and excellent customer service is fantastic. We will definitely hire him again for any of our future projects.

Windham Construction has done two projects for us over the last 2 years. One was a complete build out of our professional office, the other was an addition to our home. We are very happy with how both projects turned out. From pre-project planning, through the construction process, to the finished project everything was handled professionally with great communication and respect to our family and our neighbors (both our professional neighbors in our building and our home neighbors). Contractors are a dime a dozen. Contractors that you can trust to do great work, honor their word, and provide a great value are hard to come by. It's been 28 years since Windham Construction built our home and we love it today as much as when we first moved in. The knowledgeable insights that we received throughout the process were more valuable than I can say in just a few sentences. But that all said, it is the character of Davy Windham that shown most brightly then as well as today. Building a custom home is a stressful endeavor and to have a man shepherding the process who is a superb builder is so valuable, but to know that he actually cared more about us personally was an even greater blessing.
