Florida Universal Roofing did a phenomenal job on my roof, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They completed a full tear-off and didn’t leave a single scrap or nail behind. They were extremely easy to work with, and I wish all my home repair projects went this smoothly.

There are roofing companies... and then there is Florida Universal Roofing who did a MARVELOUS job at BOTH my primary home's roof and my rental property. The crew could have just left when the job was done... but the crew at Florida Universal Roofing went above and beyond and offered to paint damaged trim that critters had chewed up years ago. They ALSO FIXED any damage they caused, which was not much, instead of turning the other way. The crew repainted my ENTIRE garage door due to a small stain caused during work to replace my roof. They could have said "That damage was already there..." but they did not. They also plan on repairing a broken sprinkler head at my neighbor's. And by the way... their work on the new roof is spectacular! The people and support behind-the-scenes make a difference between Florida Universal Roofing and other roofing companies.

We had a great experience with Florida Universal Roofing. The team was always on time, got the job done in a reasonable time, and cleaned up when finished. George and Julie coordinated with us frequently with multiple teams needed to complete a reroof with significant decking repair due to storm damage on our +100 year old home. Crew were courteous, professional, and fast. All discrepancies found were addressed promptly and corrected.

From start to finish our roof replacement with Universal Roofing was first rate. During our office visit to schedule the job we were given professional informed answers to every question and even shared some laughs and stories. The work crew was outstanding....completely pleasant and polite. I never saw a single one of them not smile. The job was done timely and looks beautiful. Cleanup looks flawless. I searched and found zero nails or other debris. There is no question that I will be recommending Universal Roofing to anybody in the area in need of the best roofing company.
