From Bob Miller who often answers and handles customer service calls to Mindy, customer service representative extraordinaire, at B&M, you can bet on getting the best possible results from your visit or telephone. I was blown away by its customer service. This company is steadfast serious about meeting the construction needs of its clients. Mindy is in the highest category possible for customer service. She has helped me on two occasions by researching and contacting the national cabinet makers about finding repair materials for older kitchen cabinets. She was resolute and successful in finding and ordering the repair materials. This was no easy task and many other companies would have buried and forgotten my request for assistance. I am very grateful to Mindy for her unselfish and thoughtful actions which saved me some serious cash. Mindy is a priceless gem sparkling in the midst of the ordinary. You can bet my next kitchen cabinet purchase and installation will be done by Boyette and Miller.
