My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof that was installed by Bay Area Roofing. Our roof was damaged in hurricane Ian and our insurance company approved a roof replacement. We contacted three companies for a quote. From the very beginning we were impressed with Bay Area Roofing. We accepted their quote and from that moment on they communicated with us on a regular basis, they notified us well in advance when work would be done. During each step of the process they completed the work in a timely manner and the work site was left clean and ready for the next phase. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. A leak began on the edge overhanging the lanai, and even though it was not large it was enough of a concern that I called Bay Area Roofing. I called them because they have done several other repairs to my tile roof and the work was always thorough and professional. They came out within a couple of days; we came to terms on the job, and very soon thereafter work commenced. Bay Area did their customary excellent job and completed what had turned into a larger job (repairing a 30' valley with failed sheeting and underlayment) within two days. The timing could not have been better, because a couple days after finishing the work, the big storm of December 15-16 hit. There was no evidence of leaks, and I am confident the roof is now good for years to come. I highly recommend Bay Area Roofing for the quality of their work, timeliness in responding to requests for repairs, and for the professionalism of the people with whom I worked. The experience could not have been better.

Carl and his crew did a fabulous job replacing my roof. They included ensuring that the gutters and downspouts were cleaned and working. They left the lawn cleaner than it was before they started.
