Aldon Bookhardt Roofing

If you see this man coming RUN, do NOT walk, RUN! He did my roof after hurricane Michael, he quoted me quality materials, he gave me a price to replace thee duct work. The roof leaked around the ducts from day one. He sent someone out, then again, then again. I guess they got enough tar around them for 6 months, then again, but would he take my call, oh heck no. I had to pay an a/c company to come out and fix the ducts, now they are leaking again. Not the a/c company's fault (although I will not use them again either). The roll roofing Aldon used was the cheapest stuff he could find, they did not flash the roof, he used the cheapest caulk he could find. After this last storm in Panama City the flat roof was leaking down a wall as well as the duct work. Do you think that he would return a call? Oh heck no. Do NOT use him, he even did a cruddy job on the metal part of the roof, he is a very bad person. He just wants your money. Oh, his "crew" also destroyed a brand new A/C by throwing the tear off right on top of it, whole yard to toss it in, nope, right on top of the brand new a/c. He is a crook and should be treated as such.

This company completed a front and back porch roof tesr down and reinstall. They told me my porches would be the same as they were previously as this is what i requested. Contract was signed. My old porch roofs were framed with 4x4 and 2x6 wood and they redid them with plastic beams. The amount of caulk used to hide spaces in the panel plastic roofing was atrocious. They performed this work after hurricane michael destroyed our area, my home among it. Aldon assured me the roof would be sturdy like it was before. Not even 2 days after they left i had to repeatedly call aldon to have him send someone bacl over due to leaks after leaks which they only ever fixed with caulking. Not even a year later, 50 percent of my feont porch roof has been blow off by normal daily thunderstorm winds. Aldon said he would send someone to come fix the issue, and has ignored me ever since.

Deintely NOT RECOMMENDED! I would NOT hire this guy if I would be you. He wouldn't even return my phone call after waited 2 months. I finally got him on the phone (after has been trying for months) and he promised he will send out someone about a concern I had about my roof ( he did a brand new roof on my house) and nobody ever came. No follow up, no nothing. So obviously HE just LIKES to take the MONEY and than washing his hands....and DOESN'T CARE ANYMORE. He was also pretty rude on the phone even I stayed very nice.
