My roof was damaged during hurricane Ian. I got a few estimates and National came right away and was reasonably priced. When everyone else asked for a deposit they did not. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with he was very responsive and always got back to me quickly. They got my roof done quickly during this very busy time. I’m from out of town and needed it done fast. When everybody else is waiting to get their roof done mine is finished and looking great. Thank you national roof for doing a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them.
Great response from this company- especially their tech they sent out (Josh). They were very responsive to my issue (broken tiles) and Josh fixed it quickly and refused to bill us at all! He even clued us in to a problem with our gutter system of which we were unaware- and have now fixed. Great customer service! It's pretty irresponsible of other "reviewers" to post negative, 1-star reviews of the company based on an idiot employee's actions while not at work- and he was fired! You can't control every aspect of employees' lives. How about real reviews for relevant business? They've earned my business, and my recommendation to friends.
Jeremy is great! He is responsive and has worked with us like you would not believe!!! Great work and I am so excited to post a picture of my new roof!
Called company in June 2020 to repair mudding and cracked tiles. Said work would be done - 3+ months later, still waiting to get on a schedule or repair work done. BEWARE: need to make multiple calls to get any follow up work done.
