Had a Lennar home built in 2020 alder did the roof the whole community is having issues leaks Lennar wont do anything I've had roofers out the whole roof needs done. Think our community is doin a class action lawsuit against them to fix this crap. I've left messages an no call back.still 4 years later black mold more leaks they said they fixed and never did. They sent someone out the other day and now no response from them I’ve called left several messages. Worst roofing company. If your reading this and had a roof done by them or a Lennar home please reach out to me as we have 15 ppl in my neighborhood that are goin with a lawyer and goin after them and Lennar. I have email train with Lennar under warranty still nothing.

I bought a new lennar new construction home. Roof is leaking, less that 3 years old. I had a representative from this company take a look at my roof, he told me the leak has likely been there since construction, however they only provide a 1 year warranty and it would cost roughly $1800 to fix. He also told me there were multiple broken and missing roofing tiles. I would advise to not use this company at all costs, if you buy a new construction home with Ad-ler as the roofing contractor I would make sure to have your roof inspected, otherwise you will be stuck paying out of pocket for repairs for their poor construction.

They do not show up to appointments. They were supposed to fix an emergency leak on my roof I called in on Sept 18. They confirmed a time. As the appointment time came and went I started calling them to confirm they were still coming out. Kept being told I would get a call back. I never heard from them. They simply didn't show.. Now I am facing hurricane Ian with a damaged roof. Unconscionable. Avoid. Unfortunately they are the roofing vendor for Lennar Homes. Avoid them as well.

After multiple attempts to communicate with Adler leadership to fix a poor install on part of the roof, I felt compelled to leave this review. They do not respond. This is a brand new house that has had over 50 cracked/chipped and broken tiles that have been replaced by Adler within the first year. None of which is from the 2 Hurricanes last year. I have had the manufacturer inspect the roof. No tile issues from the mfg perspective. Adler will only state the roof was put on based on Florida Building Code. Yet countless issues with it. I am attaching the final 2 pictures that need to be addressed by Adler but they do not respond.

Company vehicles do not use turn signals. Shameful! Safe to assume this laziness/recklessness spills over into their roofing work.
