I rarely write reviews, for many reasons, however, I feel that these words need to be written, and this experience needs to be shared. When I started looking for answers to my roofing “issues’, I had no idea where to turn. In a sea of roofing companies, how does one choose? I did get some recommendations from people I knew and started to make phone calls which generated a handful of appointments of varying opinions and the normal BS that comes along with it sometimes. After having multiple sales guys out here, John Lopez from Crowther stood out far from anyone who was here. You could easily feel that he was authentic, genuine and caring, and very knowledgeable about his business. He also spoke highly of his employer Crowther and how well the company treats its employees. You do not hear that very often today, so when I do, I know that how a company treats their employees is a pretty good sign of how they are with customers. That could not have been any truer in this situation. John was not only patient with me, but you could also feel his passion for wanting the best choice possible for my house and how it would look. In our conversations he really listened and heard me. He explained everything in a very concise and easy to understand manner. I was truly blown away by John and must say he is a perfect representation of Crowther because what followed was the most amazing of experiences. I had no idea what to expect and of course having heard from so many people that having your roof ripped off and the mess that accompanies it is a huge undertaking and unpleasant, so I was ready for anything. Once all the decisions on the roof were made, two crew leaders came out to discuss what was going to happen next and to address any concerns I may have had. All throughout the process, I had open communication with John and the crew leaders. All of the employees I encountered, throughout this process, were very respectful of me and my property. In a short time, I came to experience Crowther on an even deeper level. Earlier on, before the job even started, I had the privilege of also having a conversation with one of the owners, Nicole Crowther. From that conversation and others that ensued with Nicole, served to further confirm that I had picked one of most OUTSTANDING companies I have ever worked with in my life. And I have worked with MANY. Nicole cares deeply about her customers and possesses the integrity and work ethic that we all want in a company and that I found in Crowther. Crowther is top notch on every level and is so deserving of a heart felt review. The words “JOB WELL DONE” don’t even come close to expressing the high level job Crowther performed and the customer service they provided.
